Co-Constructive Tool

Co-constructive tool

Co-constructive tool refers to when two or more people work together in a tool to construct some knowledge together. It is important to use co-constructive tool in a classroom because it not only promotes active learning but also encourage problem finding and solving skill among students as they work together and have different opinions among a certain topic. Some of the examples of co- constructive tools are; google docs and google slides. While using this tool students co-edit, share ideas and thoughts with each other thus leading to more chances of success. Here learners construct new knowledge through collaboration.

As a future teacher I find this tool really useful because it provides learners to work together, that helps in building communication skills. I will encourage the use of co -constructive tools by using quick discussion panels such a scoggle.it and Miro. I will also motivate the implication of group activities and help students construct projects using docs whereby all the students will be involved.

In today's class we learned to use google docs as a co-constructive in classroom. I learned how to use google docs for group discussion. I took the responsibility of a group leader thus I learned how to appoint colors coding to the group members and how to organize the ideas to present it well. I have presented our work in like link below.
